Ok, I saw this sign and immediatly had some questions.
1) Who at corporate decided that this was a good way to blow some money.
b) Is shopping cart theft at an all time high?! I had no idea we needed such measures.
III) How exactly does this deterent work? Voltage? Can't possibly lock the wheels, aren't the two front ones always broke anyway??
P.S. As you can assume, I could not find one cart to test it out. Damn. I could've been on the news. I would've went toward the highway, got one of them OJ chases going.
